Child Protection Policy
Ashford Hill Primary School operates the following policy regarding the use of names and photgraphs on this website, in order to ensure the privacy and safety of pupils at the school:
- Only first names of pupils will be used.
- Where a pupil is named, there will be no photograph of that pupil.
- A photograph will not associate names with individuals in the image.
- If a photograph is displayed of a single pupil or very small group then no names will be given (Closeup portrait images are avoided).
We will always seek the permission of the parents/carers before using images on this website, and at any time we will remove images if requested to do so by the parents/carers.
