PTA - Overview

We all strongly believe that children are happiest and learn more effectively when there is a strong partnership between home and school.  We work hard to foster links with parents and listen to their views and always value the support that parents give to Ashford Hill.

Membership of the PTA includes every teacher and every parent who has a child at the school.  All Parents and Teachers are automatically members so there is no need to enrol

The PTA aims:

• To further the children’s education
• To increase the children’s enjoyment of their time at school
• Where possible to reduce the burden on the School’s own funds

PTA Committee

The PTA is run by a committee, which meets regularly to put our combined brains together to plan various fundraising events; organise fun activities for the children and think how we can help the school further.  Any parent can join at any time or just support the committee in its work
